They are fine and always go out of the way for anything and fix it.  We will use them again.

. This Company had installed the furnace for us and it was still under warranty. Mike from this company, who had installed it, came out and he took care of it. He knows his product. We had experience with him at a different residence. We had compared him with others and he came in, not necessarily with the lowest price, but he was a straight shooter. Unlike others he told us that our air conditioner was okay and since we don?t have that many hot days there was no rush to change the air-conditioner. The furnace needed to be replaced. This to me speaks volumes. He did not rush us into making us purchase both the furnace and the air-conditioner at the same time. He came when he was supposed to. In fact, I recall, I had something that came up so we had to do some back and forth. He was very understanding about that. I would use him in the future also.

I find this company responsible and decent. I have been using them for several years. The owner, Mike, will give you good explanations and allow you to make decisions that work for you. He does not install all makes of furnace or air conditioners.
