I called this guy twice for a gutter cleaning quote. The first time he didn't seem to understand what I was asking for, so I called back thinking I'd got the phone number wrong. After a very awkward conversation where he again seemed to not understand why I was calling, he said he'd be out to give me a quote the following day. Never showed up or called.

Very unprofessional and disappointing.

I called Mr. Franklin Keller to set-up an appointment for some yard work we wanted done. He came on time and we went through all the details and set a start date. On the day he was scheduled to start the work, he never showed!!!! Very Very disappointed!!!!

Extremely thorough and professional job, much more so than previous gutter cleaner we used. Very friendly and helpful, gave some useful advice on tree trimming to avoid shingle damage down the road. Will definitely use this service again. Great quality of work and very competitive pricing.

Start to finish, Professionally completed. Arrived as indicated when estimate was given with trucks, trailer and equipment. Lawn and patio area raked. Re-seeded as needed. Aerated. Before leaving, used blower and clean sidewalks. Will continue to use for more lawn work.

Arrived within the time period stated at estimate. Trucks, trailers and equipment. Removed leaves, twigs and toys from gutters. Cleaned the perimeter of the house when completed. Excellent job.

Nice guy, works out of his home, contact # is his cell phone. Had a reasonable sized truck for hauling and had good equipment for residential yard care. Had to call him a second time after he missed the first period during which he said he'd come, but otherwise he did a good job.
