So far we've been very impressed with them. They responded promptly to my initial query so they were very responsive and they sent someone to the house to do an estimate and he was very thorough and friendly. I think the thing that impressed me the most was that they gave us that quote, but then they said if we could move a lot of our own framed artwork, we'd save a lot of money, because about $1000 of that estimate is in moving framed artwork. We own this other house that we're moving to already, and so, every time we make trips up there we pack the trunk full of art. Then, he's told us that we'll get a refund, because they'll actually come up with the actual total the day of the move and if we've been able to do any of that stuff ourselves we'll save money. They seem sincere about wanting to help us get the best deal. I've already recommended them to other people.
