Overall we are extremely happy with the results. The current dining room and kitchen seem as if they've always been this way as the changes really work well on their own and with the rest of the house. Start and finish times were true to estimate. Cost estimates were close to actual cost; there were a couple unforeseen changes: (1) electrical portion was more complicated once demoltion allowed determination of existing wiring situation (2) initial dining room floor estimate was for patches which in course of project was agreed upon to become a replacement project instead with corresponding and agreed upon higher cost Craig maintained a clean work area at the end of each work session. Craig answered questions promptly via email or phone.

Craig was nothing short of amazing! He has a great eye for detail and is meticulous in his work. With a design background, he was able to offer something that other contractors could not. My kitchen project was completed on schedule and the workmanship exceeds my expectations. I will hire Craig for all future home renovation projects.

The job went very well. They were very responsive to questions. We did some of the project ourselves - painting and obtaining some materials and they were willing to work with us on that. We appreciated that the site was cleaned up at the end of each day.

In sum, Craig did a wonderful job. Craig called me back immediately when I first called him. He quickly visited my home and provided an estimate. He provided advice on the flooring. He started and finished the job in a timely manner. He is trustworthy, works hard, attentive to detail, and a pleasure to work with. I was entirely pleased with all his work. The floors look absolutely amazing.

We discussed the project with Craig a couple months before starting, and Craig provided some illustrative drawings. We liked his work and responsiveness, and engaged him on a fixed-price contract for the main basement construction and T & M for the built-ins and family room work. We had planned to do the work in phases to avoid losing too much space at one time. He started work as soon as the HVAC contractor had done some duct relocation. Craig maintained regular hours and was on schedule through the rough construction; he gave us advance warning of absences. He did a good job of cleaning up after the day's work. Rough construction proceeded quickly, and he did his best to work around delays in the arrival of some materials (windows, custom mill-work), which ended up stretching out the project. The family room work went quickly, and the mess was limited to the room (which is open to the kitchen). Craig subcontracted the ceiling drywall to save a little time vs. doing it himself.

Craig is friendly, easy to communicate with and very reliable. He answers all of my calls and emails promptly. We felt great about having him work on our house and we are very comfortable having him in our home. He did a phenomenal job on clearing out our basement and he completely cleared out the area so that we were left with a clear open space and no trash to clear out. Besides being reliable I feel that Craig is exceptionable trustworthy, ethical, and capable of any job that he says he can.
