Debbie is an outstanding groomer. She knows the proper breed cuts, and also how to vary them to circumstances and the owner's wishes. She does an excellent job of determining exactly what the owner wants and then producing it. She is very sensitive to the dog's personality and condition. Our dog is not well, and his coat was not in good shape, but she cleared out all the knots and tangles far beyond my expectations, and he still looks like a schnauzer. We have taken our last three schnauzers to her and she has done a great job with all of them. I highly recommend her.

One of my dogs is very shy and the other is still in the mouthy puppy stage. Debbie does a very good job on both of them. They are short haired, so nail trimming and tooth brushing is all they need.

Cats do not like getting shaved (an understatement!), and Debbie is always patient and thorough with them. She seeks my input about how I want the job done, and clips their toenails at no extra charge. The value for the money is super!

I've been taking my dog to Royal Pets since I adopted him over two years ago. The service is excellent, and my dog is always happy to see the groomer, Debbie (a good sign!).

The employees at Royal Pets were friendly and professional. They met me promptly and immediately put my dog at ease. They took the time to ask about his temperament, etc., since this was his first visit. They told me when he'd be ready for pick-up. They called when he was ready, very close to the estimated time, and he looked great and seemed to have enjoyed the treatment.

Excellent. I have used this groomer for 25 years, before she started her own business with her husband.

We have been going here for almost ten years. They are very gentle and very nice. Good with the dogs.
