Prompt, fast-working, and attentive, the Rooter man (I have forgotten his name) quickly figured out what drill to use and so open the drains. RE was available. Above all, I have a narrow stairway to my basement, and RE has the small equipment that other plumbers did not have.
I will be calling Rooter Experts in another year or so for preventative plumbing.
