"Unfortunately we did not deliver on our promise of service and the member's goods were delivered late as a result. The delivery of his goods were delayed because the truck assigned to his load had a shipment that went larger and their was no room left. After we were notified another truck was assigned, however because of the late notice the member's goods were delivered past our agreed date. We deeply regret the delayed delivery. Out of nearly 400 interstate household moves in 2011, the member was the only person that was delivered beyond the last delivery day."
