Reliable Renovations

Rob was great to work with. He showed up when he said he was going to for the estimate, and listened to my plans and made suggestions. We had a back-and-forth for several weeks during which time I chose the materials for the project, and he did the work in late January while we were on vacation (we only have one bathroom, so it was good to not be there while it was ripped apart!). There was an issue with the caulk later, which he promptly fixed. He's a nice guy, he knows his work, and he's honest. I would hire him again.

Went well overall. I have no complaints about him as a contractor and would use him again in the future. You have to be okay with flexible start dates, he works through his current list and gets to you when it is your turn. We were fine with this. If something wasn't to our liking, he was flexible and found a solution for us. Great service and I felt very comfortable having him and his sub-contractors in our home.

I was very, very pleased. I thought that this contractor was good at listening to clients and he was meticulous about detail. He was very prompt all the time and he was very clean in our house in general. One of the things he did that I really appreciated was that he gave me constant updates on schedule. He would say at the end of the day, "This is what I completed today. This is when the next piece is gonna go on" and he was really on top of it. He moved quickly and briefly and I was very pleased. Their price was excellent. Communication was excellent and the service was timely.

Rob is a very nice guy and does good work. I had a problem and called him about it, he responded immediately and fixed it.
