When we decided it was time to purchase a home, Guy Lofts was recommended to us by a friend. We met with Guy and had a fantastic meeting. We had a specific list of items we wanted within the property. Examples are the school, fireplace, off street parking (garage) 3 bedroom and many more. We looked at several houses and made a few offers that fell thru. We started to rethink about our restrictive want list of wants when Guy called to tell us of a house that had just gone on the market. We drove by, it looked pretty small from the road but decided to take a look. Guy made the arrangements for us to go inside. When we walked in (mid-morning, sun shining through window on the hardwood floors), we fell in love with the place. Guy worked very quickly to complete the offer before they had the first open house that weekend. In the end we have our HOME (not just a house) with almost all of our wants. The wants we did not get we could add on as there is room to do so. We have recommended Guy to all our friends as he did a terrific job for us.

We were referred to Guy by a friend/real estate agent from another area. Guy did an excellent job educating us and patiently walking us through the many steps involved in such a big life decision. Even when we were unsure of what we wanted in our future home, he made sure to show us a wide variety of places until we were able to narrow it down. He was very flexible in his availability to meet with us and get us in for showings. We quickly learned that Guy is a very genuine and trustworthy agent, with an incredible amount of experience in his field - perfect for our situation as first-time homeowners. Over time now, we've gone to him for other business referrals and remained in contact regularly. He likes to check in from time to time to see if he can be of help in any way and has also let us know when interest rates are low and we might want to refinance. He is not at all a high-pressure salesperson. We have found that Guy works to build long-term relationships, so he strives to maintain integrity with his clients. He is very passionate about his field and helping people to navigate it, so I feel a very genuine and comfortable vibe from him. We will definitely work with Guy again (and again!) in the future.
