In the summer it was too hot upstairs with unbearable heat, and in the winter the heat cannot reach upstairs. The parking was off street parking, there is no garage. We told them that we were going to move and we moved out in May, we were suppose to be given a refund but we didn't receive it until July. They already had the place rented to somebody else in June. Then, once we received the refund they over charged us for paint, garbage, cleaning, mowing and trimming; the over charge was for $184. They just want to charge and charge and expect people to be ok with it. I called them up and asked for an explanation and they made me sound like I was harassing them.
