Dave was professional, prompt, & courteous. He gave me a credit when he did not have to tear out the under layers he expected to find under the existing flooring. He & Eric worked Saturday & Sunday to expedite the work as they knew I was living in a temporary home until the floors were finished. The job was finished in a week, instead of the 2 he estimated. When I found a slight problem where a staple hadn't gone all the way in, Dave came over in less than an hour & pounded it down. He offered to replace the board if I wasn't satisfied with that repair.
