great. I'm new to a lot of this and Paul was very patient. He explained not just what I needed to do but why. When I had questions after I left the store, he was more than happy to answer them on the phone. Premier feels like a pro's place. A number of commercial painters came in while I was there. Though I'm sure these guys are his bread and butter, Paul stuck with and treated me as if I was just as important. Good guy, amazing store.
