Very thorough and detailed. Since I am a first-time home owner, he took the time to explain all the aspects of the internal workings of the house. Such as the furnace and hot water heater. Gave me an idea of what to look for if problems arose. Also labeled all of the shutoff valves and switches so they could be located quickly in an emergency.

Harry was the right man for the job from start to finish. He explained the process and then conducted his work with almost military precision. He was prompt, courteous and his people skills did much to calm our anxiety. We had used him previously and his thorough inspection saved us from making a BIG mistake on a house purchase. Needless to say the Realtors might not like his honesty but my wife and I certainly did. He is a friend of the military and can be trusted to inspect your house thoroughly leaving no corner unturned. He comes with our strong recommendation...Go Harry!
