He was very nice, worked quickly, and taught us a bunch about our computer, backing up files correctly, and using anti-virus software to prevent future issues. We also bought an external hard drive from him for $40, which he installed and showed us how to use. Our total bill with that was $131.00.
We would definitely use him again! It was far easier and cheaper than using any big box repair place, and a huge relief to get our computer back up and running so quickly!
