As a full time Realtor in Dane County and Madison, Wisconsin my focus is on delivering the highest level of professionalism and results to my clients. 90+% of my business is from past customers and referrals. I have taken additional coursework over the years to obtain several premier real estate designations held by a small number of all Realtors, including CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), e-PRO and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist). I am a member of the Coldwell Banker International President's Circle (top 4% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide) and have maintained 100% Customer Satisfaction every year since I began. I also belong to the National Association of Realtors, Realtors Association of South Central WI and South Central WI MLS.

My husband wanted to do fix ups, Pam told him it wouldn't make a difference. She said save our money and invest in a cleaning company which we used Angi's List for.
We listed our house on a Friday and we had an accepted offer two days later, Sunday evening. Pam knows the business so she made it clear to the other realtor not to mess around. We quickly came to an agreement on the price, very close to our asking price. We could not be happier.
Pam kept us in the loop during the whole financing process. We were so happy with Pam helping us purchase our townhouse we asked her to help sell our house and have never regretted or thought twice about the decision. She's excellent, at the top of the game.
We met Pam at an open house when we were just starting to look for a new home. When we became serious about relocating we called her (roughly 6 months) and she remembered us. We have common first names and last names so the fact she remembered us was impressive.
She verbally walked us through the process of purchasing the townhouse. What to expect, approximately how long it would take whether it be weeks, days, or hours. She knows her job really well.
In addition to knowing her job well, she also knows a great deal of people in the business. She gave us a name for inspection, they were perfect and not overly expensive.
Ours was not an easy house to sell and Pam was very helpful in what we could do
to help with a sale.
She kept in touch, and any advice she gave was always
backed up with evidence within the market.
She was always easy to reach and responded to our questions very quickly.
What we really appreciated was Pam's awareness of the stress sellers feel
and she addressed all our concerns and held our hand when needed.
Our house did sell and we love the buyers. Pam also found the buyers.
The buyers are perfect for the property.
