The problem was sort of gone by the time they came and they have been spraying to prevent them. Hopefully they are going to try to eliminate mice that we get in the basement in the wintertime. We didn't have a problem with them last winter because it was too warm. We don't normally use pest control but we were having a hard time getting rid of the carpenter ants and they don't like to do one-time applications; they would rather be on a program every other month so we decided to try that for a while. So far we haven't seen the bugs come back. They are courteous and nice. They seem to take care of the problem. We didn't try anybody else so we don't know how their price compares.

I found them through advertising. They were the first that stuck out in our mind. My husband has never complained about the pricing. I will absolutely continue to use them in the future.

Their price was reasonable. They did get rid of the mice. I cancelled after my one year contract because I did not feel that I needed them anymore. They were not super friendly when I told them I was cancelling their service. They were punctual. I would use them if I had mice again.

From the start we had to do all of the research. After not being convinced that the service being provided was getting the job done, I went to relatives, the internet and the library to research this problem myself. Thru my research I found the life cycles of the German Roach, the best routines to get rid of them and had to educate the "professionals" myself. After 4 months (which remind you was the time line that I was given for this issue to be resolved) our infestation had gone from mild to server. We spoke with the local branch. Explained our dissatisfaction, what we had found would solve the issue and the branch manager, Mark, said he would insure that the service tech would be spoken to and they would start coming out twice a month. They finally recommended the clean out of all cabinets and closets (which I questioned on the first visit). They preformed the treatment and said they would be back in two weeks. They came back and once again, only treated the kitchen. Totally aggravated at this time, we called the branch manager again and he said he would make sure that the service manager would come on the next scheduled visit. On the next visit, Scott was alone again. In fact the service manager never showed until the last visit. Yet another call to Mark and more promises that never were honored. We had to go thru the "clean out" process three more times within the year we used them. If someone walked thru the house with Scott, then the entire house would get treated and for that couple of weeks we would see a decline in the pest problem. If I could not take the time off from work to babysit the professional then we would only see a decline in whatever rooms he had the energy to treat. Of course, seeing an explosion in the other rooms of the house. The office manager was in communication with us but did little to control his technician. We continually ask for another technician but were never given one. Although they were always very polite when in my home, they never honored our request for a tech that would do what we asked, which was treat the entire house. Their receptionist was rude and NEVER helpful and hung up on me. I called to question the billing one month and she was not only rude, but dared me to call the corporate number. She told me it would do no good and I would only have to deal with her again. Then she told me she was right and did not make mistakes. Well my bank records proved her wrong and she had to eat that statement but no one from that office once apologized for that headache either. By month thirteen of this "year long" headache the pest were finally almost gone. They did come twice a month as promised. On the final treatment of the contract the pest were still there, definitely better but 1 =100's. They did come out and continue to treat for two more months after the completion of the contract (at no charge.) So 14 months into what should have been 4-5 months our roaches were gone. The service manager came out for the final treatment. He offered me another year long contract..... just to ensure the problem was solved. I politely declined (giggling in my mind)! NO THANK YOU Orkin! "Satisfaction Guaranteed" HA Not only were we NOT satisfied every guarantee they spoke they broke. If the problem ever comes back we will simply go with another company!

We had another company before, but they couldn’t find the bees. However Orkin found the bees and sprayed and they did a nice job. They really seemed to be interested in resolving the problem unlike the other company who said that they couldn’t do more for us. They were just willing to look hard and they kept calling us back to make sure that everything was okay. They came back twice to check it since they sprayed and were interested in making sure that the problem was solved. I would use them again.
