Printing - Copies, Home and Garage Organization
Over several trips for various things I am without fail greeted when I first walk in and asked if I need help, and I am also asked again if I need help when looking through the store. For example, today I was looking for a way to organize our files in a new file cabinet and needed to know what the options were. When I was greeted as I walked in the store I explained this, and the greeter immediately called over and employee who was familiar with that department to help me. He showed me the variety of options they had and explained the pros and cons to me. It was much more helpful than wandering around on my own, which has been my experience in other office supply stores. Office Depot is very consistent in this. I can't think of a time when I haven't been greeted and supplied good customer service.

Overall, it was excellent. The customer service rep was friendly and helpful. He even made two copies in varying darkness levels to see what we liked before he made the final color copies. The price was excellent; the service was delightful; I would come back again in a minute.
