It went very well.  I was informed of the diagnostic findings and what was needed, why replacement parts were needed, and total cost.  The appointment was on time and the repairs were done in a timely manner.
As a former ASE certified technician and service manager, I needed a reliable place to take my vehicles for service after I had retired.  I tried a number of automotive repair facilities before finding Odana Tire Service Center.  When I found them, it was the former Hilldale Firestone Tire shop until the redevelopment of the area was done.  They were forced to move and became what is now Odana Tire Service Center.  I have now been a customer of theirs for 20 years and have never had a complaint with any service or repairs done by them.
They are good honest business people who treat you with a personal touch.  They are punctual, well informed in their fields, and dedicated to delivering the very best service possible.  I would never take my vehicles to any other automotive repair facility.
