The owner is involved and very nice, but they need a more professional way of reviewing antiques and antiques that are large and in peoples homes. They need someone to come out and see that antiques I have, and I do not have time to take pictures to send to them. I had a request in with help to sell antiques, but they haven't called me once. If I try to call them, I get the brush off. They stated they had too many people selling too many things too soon. It didn't make sense to me. I'm disappointed that they aren't willing to even look at my antiques, and I'm not satisfied with their response. They need a better way to make offers for the antiques people are selling. I know I have nice things, and they just don't seem to be interested in looking at them. I want them to be more organized, and communicate with the public. They seem aloof, and not very accommodating. For the average person to get some legitimate pieces sold, they do not make it very easy.

I liked their selection and they were very helpful at explaining the product. They need to offer a delivery service.
