NEAL'S TOWING SVC

My battery was dead. Nice guy answered the phone and checked to see if one of their discounts (senior, etc.) applied to me, without me even asking. Someone arrived in less than half an hour and jump started my car in seconds. This was surprising to me because I own a Prius, and when this happened before, they guy had to climb in from behind the back seats to reach the battery, with the cost over $100. However, the Neal's guy knew a way of doing this from under the hood. Quick and easy.

Neal's Towing was great! My vehicle ended up in a snow filled ditch. I contacted Neal's Towing because I had saved their phone number in my cell phone. They answered and said when they would arrive, and they were on time. They carefully removed my vehicle from the ditch in a safe manner. Then we proceeded to get off the road and go to a driveway where it was safe and I could get an invoice and pay them. They were quick to respond and I was happy with their service. Their prices are fair and would recommend them to anyone who needs vehicle towing or a pull from the ditch. I prefer to use a small company such as Neal's Towing because of consideration that one would get from a small business. Thanks again!
