Lawn Fertilization and Treatment
Our front lawn is sodded which is in its 3rd summer. Last year the grass was beginning to thin in areas and we wanted to get the green fullness back. We had very few weeds in the front yard last year. After one application, the dandelions came out in full force. We had a yard full (nothing to speak of in the neighbors yards). We called to tell them this and were told that it was the first application and would take about a week. After 2 weeks the dandelions were still in full force and the grass was no greener or richer than last year. We called NaturaLawn of America again and they sent out their crew to put on another application (actually the was the second applications which we were charged with again). This time they killed the grass but still the dandelions survived. In the meantime, our neighbors, who were applying their own weed and feed, had great looking yards. After calling NaturaLawn of America and report the latest round of problem we were having, they sent out a kid who started to blame my wife for not watering our grass (we watered more that the neighbors did). After this insulting representative of NaturaLawn of America finished I told them to cancel the treatments and not to contact us again. After 5 weeks, our lawn is coming back some (I have pictures after the second application and how horrible our lawn looked). Now these crooks are asking for the $79 for the last application which burned our lawn and have sent it to a collection agency. We followed their contract (reporting and letting them try to correct the situation) and they are sending to collection agency. We will be bringing this company to small claims court to recoup all of the money we spent including watering of our lawn. What a horrible outfit.

"My name is Travis and I am the IPM Specialist that treated this member's property. and, subsequently on a follow-up service call, which was a no charge visit to address the concerns of the member related to her turf. In regards to the member comment stating we killed her grass and let the dandelions and that we are crooks. I personally met with her and simply informed her to reach the desired health and appearance for her turf, she would need to: improve her soil through proper fertilization, regular annual aeration, over seeding, and good cultural practices such as mowing and watering properly. I also stated that it takes a little more than one application to fix the problems she was seeing in her turf. At no time did i blame her for her lawns current condition; instead I tried to inform her that watering would help improve conditions as the turf was going dormant. As far as sending a kid out, I am 26 years old with 10+ years of experience in this field. I felt that they wanted a miracle worker to perform one application and turn a yard in poor condition in toa gold course which we all know is impossible. we try to exceed the level of service for all of our customer and don;t appreciate being called crooks. That being said we will honor our 31 day guarantee as we do with all o f our customers and will resolve the situation."

Lawn Fertilization and Treatment
I have had Naturalawn taking care of my lawn for a few years. It was in terrible shape at first but now it is looking really great. They leave a sheet telling what they did and also flag the lawn. I live near the lake and has been a good feeling to know it is safe for the environment. I didn't want to use any chemicals that might run off into the water. Very satisfied with the results I have had with this program.
