National answered the phone promptly. I told them I had a broken torsion spring on my garage door and the door no longer worked. I got an estimate for replacing both springs since they were 25 years old, and set up appointment for the next day. Repairman came on time and had all the parts with him. He also found a worn cable. so I had that replaced (this was at additional cost since the estimate included only the springs). Repairman seemed to know what he was doing, and worked quietly and efficiently. Door is working great in the month since the repair, so I am quite satisfied. Repairs were done quickly, correctly, and with no drama. My internet research told me this is a repair that can be dangerous if you make a mistake, so I was glad to not have to do it myself.

The company representative called first, arrived on time, did the work in an efficient manner, and even helped me program the door opener into my car. The new garage door opener was promised to be very quiet, and it certainly is.

Excellent experience. Mike responded by phone after I faxed him a request for estimate. He stopped by the next day and provided a simple all-inclusive estimate. He ordered the wood section and it arrived in about two weeks as he had estimated. Installation went smoothly. He tightened a few hinges and then tested the door closing cycle. No problems.
