Called on Monday and they came over the next day. I didn't think the stains would come out but they did a great job! I waited for a few days to see if the stain would reappear after it dried and it did not! I am very happy with this company. The carpet looks so nice!!

I was extremely happy with Mr. Steam after I had unpleasant experience with the other company. The stains (dog pee) on our rug didn't come off, and Mr. Steam did not charge for the rug cleaning although they washed twice. The carpet cleaning for our house was done to our satisfaction and the pricing was very reasonable. Very friendly and professional service. I would use them again and highly recommend to others.

It was good. They were recommended to us by someone else and we found their services to be very professional. The people who came were very clean, friendly and explained what they were going to do and they were careful with furniture and stuff. They were very business-like and got the job done.

We used them more often when we had a cat. We don't do them too often now. We get the carpets cleaned whenever we can have the windows open, because even with the steam power and everything there is a smell and I can't be around it because I have asthma.
