WIll and Luke were very knowledgeable. They solved the problems that we were having in a timely fashion....and at a reasonable cost. We will definitely call them again if we have future needs.....and we are happy to refer their services to others.

Awful. I have never experienced such terrible service. They kept promising a couple of days ... And it turned into weeks and weeks. I felt they were less than truthful. And not very good at what they did. I went there thinking it was still the same people (Ketter's) running it, but it had been bought out by Midwest computers. I am writing this because they had an Angie's list endorsement hanging on their wall. They said they couldn't fix my computer and I would need to get a new one . It took them 10 days to figure that out! Five days more than they had promised. I think they forgot to place my order. they said on Thursday would be in on Monday. I checked the following Tuesday! and it wasn't there. They said Thursday. I checked on Friday and it wasn't there. It wasn't till the next week from the next Wednesday that I picked pit up. They set it up for me... And that was a mess too. I don't think they knew what they were doing. I had to take it to a friend to get it straightened out. The one good thing is they did get the material off my old computer ..they said the mother board crashed... And couldn't be replaced.

Brought in the computer and they worked their magic

I brought my computer into Ketter for a data transfer from an old to a new computer. I was told it would take 1-4 business days. It

 ended up taking 6 days. Their communication to me was poor, as I made all the calls to inquire about the job status.

They are/were great to work with. I've used them several times to remote in & help clear up computer issues for me & that's a great service they offer. As long as you can get online they can remote in & fix the problem from their store, no disconnecting or taking the computer in. Great guys to work with, I highly reccomend them.

Rob took our hard drive with him so he could clean it out. He brought it back reinstalled what I needed on it and hooked up all of the computers. He was very fast and knowledgeable and  polite. I have recommended him to everyone I know. I have had his office fix many problems with my computer remotely also. They are all so helpful and friendly.

It was great!  Rob always returns my calls, is very knowledgeable, and explains things to me in a way that is patient and and doesn't come across as condescending.  His rates are affordable as well.

So I checked online to find my battery and found them between 100-150 dollars. This seemed high to me but I figured I would give Rob a chance. Rob found a battery for 75 dollars including shipping. He had it to me in 3 days. Rob did an amazing job and I will go to him for all of my computer needs.

Luke did a great job and had some very good suggestions for how we could reduce our bills in the future, while still being able to see our favorite shows and sporting events in real time. We'll have Ketter back to re-wire our home.

I've been a customer for some time. Rob and all the folks at Ketter are professional yet personable. Great experience every time, I recommend them highly!!!
