It was a pretty good overall experience and a decent time to buy a new car. I get a discount through my job on vehicles and they worked with me on that pretty well. The only issue I had was when I went back to have them check something out on my car because it was having a problem. They told me that they would have to call me back to set up an appointment because it was after their business hours and they were closed even though there were still people there. They never did call and I can understand that they may not have had my information anymore on hand or something like that, but it wasn't anything that was too big of a deal and I wasn't too worried about it. It wasn't a mechanical issue or anything like that, but a feature that was acting up a little bit. It was after their business hours and nobody had to open the door up for me, but they did and he just forgot to give me a call back. I know that could happen once in awhile, but I don't hold it against them and I could have called them because I only stopped by.

After a devastating experience at Kayser Ford, I went to my appointment at Metro. I did not think I would have time to visit them after Kayser Ford took too long to complete the deal. John Bisbee stayed late and had my cars available for test drive. I settled for a different car because the dealer found a better deal for me.
I was very pleased with Metro Ford and all the employees that assisted with making my car purchase a dream.
