Madtown Homeworks LLC

We have been using Madtown Homeworks LLC numerous times the past few months, and we nearly always had Jerry helping us. We were so impressed by the breadth of projects he could complete and his focus on good craftsmanship in his work. We also had Mike assigned to help us out once when Jerry was not available, and he was excellent as well. Most of our home improvement projects are now finished, but if another set of projects arise, we would call them again in heartbeat.

They did great on all dimensions. We were not at the house for most of the time, and they kept in very close contact with us.

This was an excellent experience for us. The work was top-notch at a fair price, and very trustworthy (we were not at the house or even in the area for the bulk of the work and Jerry communicated with us frequently). He also did some smaller items like updating smoke detectors, putting an epoxy patch on a small crack in the basement wall, etc. We have used several contractors/handymen in several cities and this was the best in our experience.

Great! Jerry, the owner, did the work. He also pointed out an area that I had not noticed & took care of that also.

My floor looks really good and he did a good job on them.  He’s easy to work with and professional.

Jerry's great. I'll be working with him again. Very professional and friendly; started and finished promptly. Jerry replaced rotted wood on the 3-season porch of my 1920's house, and painted the whole porch inside and out. After starting the job he found quite a bit more rot, which resulted in going slightly over the original estimate, but not by much. In other words, he cares about doing a good job and also tried to stick to original estimate. He suggested we try a slightly different color scheme, which vastly improved the look of my porch and has resulted in some nice compliments from friends/neighbors. I'll be working with Jerry again.

We needed drywall repairs that included plugging of various holes and cracks where air was infiltrating from the neighboring townhouse utility room. It was fussy work, and it took some careful thought to decide exactly how best to do it. Jerry discussed with us the different approaches and materials, and he did a great job. He was professional, punctual, and responsive. We'll definitely hire him again!

Jerry is honest, considerate, timely, efficient, economical and most importantly talented. Words cannot fully describe the peace of mind he has brought my family, my house, and me.

He has been amazing I just love him! It makes all the difference in the world when you find someone you can trust.
