The owner (I think) Lizbeth was very prompt, responsive, and seemed very eager to provide great service to her customers. However, I would say the actual work done by the cleaning crew was unfortunately very mediocre. That might have been okay if it were very inexpensive. But at $100 for a 2 bedroom apartment, it's no bargain at all. We had them come out once to clean our place. They sent out two people who cleaned for about 2 hours. A lot of things were missed. Countertops were still very stained with hard water stains, hardwood floors weren't mopped, and there was still tons of dust on any mildly hard to reach areas. We let Lizbeth know we weren't very happy with the service, and she graciously offered to send out a new crew to do their "deep cleaning" this time, at no charge. We greatly appreciate the effort to make it right, and were optimistic that it would work out much better the second time. Unfortunately, the second crew came out (nearly an hour later than anticipated), and did pretty much the same job as the first. We directed them towards a lot of things that were still not clean, and they (somewhat grudgingly it seemed) cleaned those. They also broke a glass in the process, which we were completely understanding about. It happens. Just bears mentioning, I suppose. Anyway, in the end, we felt that we could do better. We have since found another cleaning service, which did the job for $60, and got the place SPOTLESS. Hope this is helpful.
