They came over the next day after I asked for an estimate - provided me the estimate the next day after some discussion a revised (lower) bid was made over the phone (mutual changes). They arrived 2 days later and completed the work in one day. It looks great and it actually is better than before. Matt did a great job!!!

They were very pleasant in the beginning, but that's not how it ended. They were over priced too. I wouldn't recommend him to anybody, especially after he hung up on me. He never called me back either. I don't think they were very punctual. He even admitted that one of his workers wasn't a good worker, but he still used him.

The area was not properly graded away from the house prior to installing the pavers as was discussed prior to installation. Patio is not level, contains dips. Where patio edge meets a gate, the pavers were not secured in any fashion, and would move around and drop over the edge. They were called back and fixed it somewhat, but still not graded properly and still contains dips though less so. They put a concrete strip in to secure the edge pavers at the gate. The concrete cracked over the winter and some of the other pavers have sunk in a little. Will have to apply more setting sand, too.

I didn’t find them through Angie's List. They were very polite. The guy who came out was Bill and I think they were not too skilled in landscaping because I had to point out to them what were weeds and plants. I think they were hired because they were young and strong. I had a nice interaction with them. There was a strong fellow among them and I could see that he could pull out the weeds with ease. I used to guide them a lot and I seen they were just pulling at the weeds. I asked them to get down and pull at the roots but he told me once the mulch gets over it, it would be fine. He was reasonable to me. I have a garden which I share with my neighbor which is about 90 feet long and 20 feet wide. We have the plants now that are doing well because they don't have any weeds to compete with. I have lost a few things I shouldn't have but I know they would come back. I would definitely recommend them for lawn mowing and general maintenance. I think they do a great job. I have no idea what it would cost but I thought it was reasonable. I did my neighbors yard and mine as she had put in a rain garden five years ago. I think the quality of work was good but it looks so much better and I have had neighbors come by. It's a close neighborhood and everyone talks about the others garden. He was here when he said he was going to be here. He had to get a guy from another place to put down the mulch but he still managed to be here on time. I don't think they had a lot of professional knowledge. The boys who came were not too skilled. We have a lot of weeds in our area which come from time to time and if I am not able to stay ahead of it then I would call bill to help me.
