In each case they have been very professional and knowledgeable. They worked around our schedule and needs. In some cases they have worked after hours and were able to remote into our computers to eliminate the need for someone to be on site for the service.

I use my computer every day for work from home. I started with the Geeks about 10 years ago. Up to that point I
had purchased replacement computers from another Madison firm. I eventually had problems with the antivirus and security systems they installed. The security system in particular was a nightmare to work with. Another time a
brand-new hard drive failed within two weeks after I bought it. I was stuck for another couple of weeks.
All this brought me to the Geeks. When I needed help of any kind they were at my house promptly. They installed
antivirus and security that have worked perfectly ever since. Recently we had issues with our wireless and iPads because of a
router that had been installed by our Internet provider. The Geeks got everything corrected quickly and efficiently.
Most recently I had the Geeks build me a replacement computer. The bill was two-thirds what I have been
used to paying. That included installation at my home.
The Geeks' remote capability is awesome. There are many issues with your computer that they can
address while you sit in front of it at home.
I cannot say enough about this company. The people concentrate on what it is the client wants and use their vast technical expertise to make it happen.

I made an appointment to take my laptop to the facility. There was no wait. Jake inspected my laptop and asked me to leave it. He said he would call me. Three hours later he called to say that the drive had to be replaced and he had done so. The drive now works.

I was disappointed. It was to be an on-site visit on my lunch hour and they were late. I had to leave so they took my old and new computers to their shop. They had them both for 8 days and I had to stop in to get them back as I needed a computer for some work. My new computer didn't have Microsoft Office loaded so they transferred old documents and I couldn't access them.
I had other concerns and wrote them an e-mail letter but did not hear from them again. I will find someone else for future computer issues.

I would recommend them anytime. They know what they are doing. If they have anything that seems out of the ordinary they let you know right away and do not run up the bill. They have done some really good work for me. They are good guys.

Let me start out by saying Madison Geeks is one of the best small businesses I have ever dealt with in Madison. I used them about a month ago to install a broken DVD/CD unit in a Windows notebook. That repair only cost me $30 for the unit and $25 labor, which is basically the diagnostic fee which is applied to the repair. I was so impressed with the professionalism I encountered that I asked Kasey about the problems I was having with my MAC desktop. He described all my options in a patient and understandable manner. I know he spent a lot of time to see if my data was recoverable and to research other issues I was having. The cost of the hard drive and Ram was $140 and $60 for 1 hour of labor. This was way too low for the time he provided me so I insisted that he add a little more to my bill. I don't recall ever doing that before.
Kasey is the owner of Madison Geeks and I highly recommend this business without any reservation. All my many questions and concerns were addressed. When I picked up the computer he took the time to show me how to use the video capturing software. The whole experience dealing with Madison Geeks was a pleasure.
