It went very well.  Madcity Homes provided all the resources we needed.  Our house was on the market longer than we would have liked, but that was just due to the time of year.  When we listed, there were four houses on our street for sale.  They were all on the market for about six months and then within a month all of them sold.  Selling by ourselves was nice because we got calls directly to set up showings and could speak directly with the potential buyers or buyer agents rather than receiving everything second hand through a listing agent.  I would recommend Madcity Homes to anyone selling a home or property.
