We utilized Mad City for a full home window installation project. I would highly recommend not only for the quality of their product but the excellent customer service and fabulous installation crew.

Mad City just replaced our old tub/shower combo with a new walk-in shower. Rusty did a great job. The work was done quickly and professionally. He cleaned up everything at the end and made sure that we were satisfied with the work and understood all the warranty/care information. Excellent work!

Overall, our experience was great! There were some issues. However, they were resolved quickly. Their customer service was excellent. The job was completed beautifully and excellently. We will keep them in mind for future projects.

Customer service was great during install of my new shower, but I have a couple complaints on mold under seals on bottom of shower and a gap that wasn't filled in and more water can get in and cause mold. Hoping to have them resolve this for me.

Our shower looks great. Everyone involved in the entire process was knowledgeable, nice and easy to work with. A special shout out to Tyler who went the extra mile to still install our shower unit even after his truck broke down. He stayed later to complete the job.

I am NOT an impulsive person. I circle around the wagon several times before I make a decision. I had decided to check out the option of putting in a walk-in shower in my master bathroom. After posting on Angi’s list, several companies reached out offering to come out and talk with me. I made appointments with 3 in order to get an idea about cost and options. The first to come out, on March 12th, was Scott Ludwig from Mad City Windows and Baths. His presentation blew me away and I WAS impressed. He told me they use materials that do not grow mold and mildew. They give a lifetime warranty on their materials and workmanship which can be transferred to a new owner if I sell my home. Their installers are highly trained, having gone through many weeks of training before installing their products. Any materials they remove, such as cabinet doors which are still in fairly good shape, are given to the Habitat Restore. Some of their profits are also given to Habitat for Humanity and another organization who's name I can't recall (perhaps the Boys Club). Scott worked to give me as many discounts as possible and the price was reasonable. I then did something I never do. I impulsively signed a contract to order materials for a new walk-in shower and for re-facing of my vanity. Kenny (Kenneth Dunston) came out two days last week. He took out my old tub and installed my shower all on his own. He was very fastidious, took great pride in his work, cleaned up everything, and the shower is beautiful! On Monday, Jaya and Micah, came to re-face my vanity. I was told there would be no lifetime warranty with this due to the moisture in the bathroom, but the Operations Manager felt it would do well as long as I ran my exhaust fan, opened the window, and/or kept the bathroom door open as I showered. I decided to have them re-face the vanity anyway despite the lack of warranty. Jaya and Micah did a fantastic job with my vanity cabinet and cleaning up afterwards. Kenny, Jaya, and Micah were all very pleasant and enjoyable to work with. They were on time, worked diligently, and did a fantastic job. They clearly enjoy their job, which is a sign that Mad City is also a great company to work for. I am extremely pleased with my new shower and re-faced vanity cabinet. I do not regret having acted impulsively. Before and after photos are attached. When I have saved enough money, I will be calling Mad City to come back out and give a new updated look to my kitchen. A great company to do business with!!

Chris, Dewisth and Clayton were all very professional, knowledgeable and polite from sales through installation and beyond. Installer, Dewisth was very thorough in his work and cleanliness throughout the whole project of demolition of the old bath and installation of the new shower. From the salesman who spent hours explaining the product to the installation crew led by Omar, the entire experience was excellent! Omar and his team not only cut the installation timeframe by one day but minimized the disruption to the inside of my home by installing all 25 windows the first day and then installing the metal treatments the second day. They removed the old windows and debris, swept and cleaned the inside of my home and removed all the stickers and cleaned the windows before leaving. The windows themselves are absolutely amazing, function flawlessly, beautified my home and made it much more energy efficient! Well done Mad City!!

Mad City replaced all my windows with their triple pane, double hung, energy star windows. They were willing to negotiate the price to an acceptable point and they quickly measured and ordered all the windows. Once the Raleigh office received the windows, they scheduled the installation which included removal of old windows and install of the new. The only issue with the new windows was the upper sashes came with grids and lowers without grids while I ordered them to be the same. They graciously offered to swap out either sash to make them all with grids or all without grids whatever we wanted. It did take several weeks to get the new sashes made and delivered, but Omar and his crew came out and quickly swapped out the sashes and made a few adjustments to the windows to make things perfect. Omar was easy to talk to and he was always willing to answer any and all questions I had. Lastly, I love the lifetime warranty which is transferable to the next owner should I decide to sell. Thanks, Mad City Windows for ensuring we were satisfied customers.
