Chris clearly had a lot of experience and he explained his decisions as he went along. Our condo is really old (WWII era) and so the plumbing there is pretty difficult to work with but Chris was prepared and he made sure I knew what the shut offs were.

Carl Lorenz must be among the top plumbers in Wisconsin, perhaps beyond. We've used him for more than 10 years, and he's the only plumber we call. He's the best.

Carl Lorentz is the owner. They allow people to purchase their own fixtures or faucets, but some companies don't and insist on getting it through them. They were flexible in that and they were willing to allow me to purchase the fixtures on my own. Sometimes one can get some really good prices on the internet. They did the installation and charged for the same. It was an hourly fee. The work was done very well. They were very efficient. It's usually the standard price that they charge per hour. They only charged me whatever their hourly rate was. I would use him again in the future.

Eveything was done as quoted and expected. I didn't rate them excellent because I really feel excellent means going above and beyond and really knocking things out of the park. They were very good and I would hire them again.

Lorentz plumbing is reliable, friendly and a great value. Always responsive and does an excellent job. Local and trustworthy service.

I had 3 estimates with Capitol and Lorentz coming in the same and HJ Pertzborn much higher. I knew Carl, so I went with them. Carl was very responsive and friendly. Chris showed up right on schedule and did a great job. Everything was done in 1 day. They got the paperwork for the focus on energy rebates to me a few days later. I am very satisfied and would hire them again anytime.
