Larson Electric

Larson Electric is fabulous. We have used them for probably 15 years, and they're very personable.

He got back to me in a timely fashion to schedule a visit. On the scheduled day he arrived on time, and was friendly and professional. The work that was done was done quickly and he was explaining what the problem with how some of the wiring was setup in the panel. The work area was kept clean after the work was finished.

Called to discuss having them do repairs at my place in Cambridge, and Left a message - never called back.

Great. Communication was easy. He came several days in advance of the scheduled MGE power shutoff to do grounding work and install rods. He arrived on time and finished the panel upgrade the same day. He came back shortly thereafter to do the a/c cutoff in the backyard. He always either answered his phone or called back promptly.

Their estimate was a bit higher than others we received. However, they were very thorough and professional. They gave us a quick estimate and were very clear and forthcoming that they would have difficulty completing the work in the time frame we needed, because of other projects. We appreciated that communication.

The job was an unqualified success. Larson provided helpful advice on the selection of replacement fixtures based upon the parameters of my business requirements. The on-site estimate and the actual work were performed with skill and alacrity. Initial contact to job completion in less than 24 hours. Neat, clean, and no mess left behind. I expect to have additional electrical work done in the future. Larson Electric will be my vendor of preference.

Overall, Larson came to the house to update our 60 amp service. They came in, were efficient, performed extra tasks like wiring for an electric dryer, and finished up with great efficiency. They did not mind working around me, and were great about me asking questions and learning from them. Their price was not the cheapest, but was competitive enough that we had them do the work.

They were helpful, professional and carefully cleaned up after themselves.
