Very well! Steve Spilde was very hands-on and here almost every day that construction was going on. I really appreciated his sub-contractors and the way he worked with the architect to get the best outcome. Steve had great contacts for the work he subcontracted and was meticulous about the work he did himself. Although I know Steve's expertise and experience is primarily with new build, he did a beautiful job with this remodel. I am thrilled with the outcome and appreciated the way he made sure I was happy about every aspect of the work.
