Dry Cleaning Service
I loved the whole drive-thru thing, but it did mean that I didn't look at my clothes until I got home. My fairly new black winter coat was discolored, whitened somehow. I really was bummed and should have taken it back, but I was hoping it would rub off. Then I put it away as winter was over. Well, winter is back and the white is on the coat to stay. Then I got out my chenille sweater and the stain I had told them about was still there. Worse than that it looked all "shredded." There were threads sticking out all over, that were not like that before. Not to mention that the bill was much higher than I anticipated, and I even had a coupon. Altogether, a bad experience! I absolutely will not return to this dry cleaner.
