We have a beautiful kitchen, and we are happy with it, but we would never work with Eric again. Eric’s lack of professional and lack of communication made us feel like he did not care. His sort of laid-back attitude made it seem like he did not want to work with us. We do highly recommend the contractors Eric hires to do the work. The countertop installation, the plumber and Bill were all extremely professional with great customer service. Bill did most of the work and his perfectionism is the reason our kitchen looks so great. This is Eric's business so star level is based on working with him, which wasn't a great experience. The work itself (done by Bill) was great.

Bill and Eric were great to work with. Our project had a lot of changes and Eric helped us navigate them each time, having several detailed conversations over the phone and dropping off several samples at various points in the project. Bill is an excellent craftsman, easy to work with, and very detailed oriented. Great experience and great finished product at a fair price.

We had worked with Eric and Jeffery on our kitchen remodel and were very happy with their work. So we decided to contact them for when we decided to remodel our daughter's bathroom. At the time we were thinking that we would do a cabinet replace, but after going over our requirements for the upgrade, we decided that custom cabinets was the solution. Eric took all measurements in his usual professional way and then he continued to work with our countertop provider to ensure that everything was correct and in sync. Also, Eric made many timely and helpful suggestions and recommended a contractor he had worked with to do painting, flooring and tiling. The whole project came together beautifully. We are very satisfied.

I had consulted 3/4 contractors but Jeffrey and Bill at Kitchen solvers we’re willing to work for with my ideas and their recommendations. I love my roll out drawers specially in pantry and double cutlery drawer. They educated me very well, no pressure, punctual. I had to stretch my dollar but it’s worth. I highly endorse them and will hire again for my next project.

We contacted Kitchen Solvers after being referred to them by an enthusiastic friend who had just had her kitchen done by them. They came out and gave us a very reasonable bid. I should mention that we had received a bid from a competitor who not only quoted a much higher price but used high pressure sales tactics ( “You must sign right now to get this price”) Kitchen Solvers was so much nicer to work with, there was no pressure at all. Bill did a fantastic job refacing our cabinets. The workmanship was outstanding. We could not be happier with our new kitchen and would not hesitate to call them again in the future.

This was a very good decision to use Kitchen Solvers in updating my kitchen. Kitchen Solvers offered ideas on what would work and look best given what I wanted done. They listened to me when I wanted to think a bit outside the box and always answered my questions promptly. Case in point, I thought i wanted to Shaker Style Cabinet Front but when I saw the backside of the sample, I decided I liked that side better. A quick check with the manufacture to find out not a problem and happens quite often. They were on target with the budget and timing of the project. I love my new kitchen. Between cabinet refacting, new quartz counters and new appliances I figure I spent about $20,000 which was about what I expected to pay.

Everything was perfect from the professional advise, to the quality of the product and the labor. They were so clean and were always on time, the estimate cost was accurate and it took the exact amount of time they quoted. All of our cabinets were refaced and one cabinet was new with glass doors. They also installed a farmhouse sink.

I absolutely love my new kitchen. The cabinets look great. Eric, Brandon and Jeffrey were wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them. They have a great eye for detail.

Great. Done in 3 days. Used our kitchen the whole time (except when workers were there). Cleaned up everything.

After two other companies told me to replace the slab & stairs CRC said they could raise them. They showed up in the middle of a rain shower, got right to work & were extremely profession & efficient despite the miserable conditions (they were often in standing water up to their ankles). When they were done I was very satisfied & even provided the crew a tip (which they tried to decline but I insisted)

Refacing was the perfect solution for me as I had already replaced the counter tops a couple of years ago and I didn't need to reconfigure my kitchen except for new cabinets above the refrigerator and stove. I am amazed how refacing created a brand new kitchen so quickly!  I definitely recommend it for creating a beautiful new kitchen and this company to do it. 

Eric was very patient and extremely helpful and creative in selecting the new cabinet faces, new cabinets and lighting design.  The work was done very quickly and beautifully and Eric and his team finished on time.

Eric was also very creative in designing new cabinets and under cabinet lighting that I needed! 

Eric and his team were always on time and very professional.  They always cleaned up beautifully after each day.  They were a joy  to have working in my home.

Eric was able to match our current kitchen cabinets with the new pantry cabinet.  He was very professional, courteous, neat and efficient.  Obtained the exact match of texture and white color for our thermo-foil wrapped cabinets.  It looks great and was completed in one day.  Had roll out drawers put in which are an excellent choice.  I would definitely have him do more work for us if need be.

We had some delays, in getting started, but once we got going, Eric got in, and completed the work in approximately the time frame that he said he would. He worked around my desire to make some changes and also add some extras. I found him very easy to work with, and understanding of my desire to add some particular aesthetic upgrades for our kitchen. We both were very pleased with his quality and professionalism. 

He explained various options and types of materials thoroughly.  He does quality work and cleans up well afterwards. I would highly recommend him to any one any time.

.The project went very well considering I changed my mind so often. They were so patient with me.They gave me time to rethink exactly what I wanted. They also gave me wonderful ideas that would make my kitchen much more efficient. They came on the day that the said they would. They went the extra mile to get it done in time for Thanksgiving. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Overall, the experience was wonderful. They were very inventive with how they re-did our cabinets and countertops. Our kitchen looked fresh & new once they completed the work. They were also very pleasant to deal with.

Tim was very clear about how the project would go in terms of when he would be coming to work so there were no surprises for me.  The work itself was excellent (i.e., not sloppy) and the plan well thought out. I could not afford new cabinets at this point but by reconfiguring the existing ones the kitchen has a whole new look.  Tim did the design for this in consultation with me.  He is very easy to work with, very responsive and will work within your budget.  He doesn't try to push for a "dream" kitchen look (and expense) but can help you achieve wonderful results pretty much within your budget.  We did have problems with one subcontractor but Tim worked this out and will probably not use the same person again.  I will be using Kitchen Solvers for future bathroom remodeling.

We had seen other work they had done so we were pretty sure the work would be acceptable. It was better than acceptable. We still are enjoying the flooring and would recommend them. They take care to leave you feeling good about the work, and we were very happy.

It was excellent. The initial presentation was astoundingly organized. I spoke with Eli Kunsch on the phone first. She was then able to bring to my home all the samples to choose from. She acted as the general contractor coordinating the electrician and the appliance dealer. The actual work was done by her husband Tim and his assistant Chris. They were there exactly when they said they would be and completed the work in 3 days. They cleaned up every night. The quality of the workmanship was wonderful.

Excellent. The work took one week. They cleaned up after each day. Everything was completed as promised.
