The quality of Kim's work is outstanding and I highly recommend her. Typically I tidy things before she arrives so she can concentrate her time on cleaning but she straightens things I missed and the place looks spotless by the time she's finished. She pays attention to details which is important to me and she took extra time during her first visit to get things eg the tiled shower up to a standard she then maintains. She does a wonderful job on the floors - actually she does a wonderful job with everything. She communicates well, has good interpersonal skills and works very hard all the time she is here. I moved here from another area and compared to prices there I think she is expensive but having read reviews of some other services on here I think you get what you pay for. Again, I highly recommend her both for the excellent quality of her work and also her dependability and professionalism.

The place always looks incredibly neat and clean when she's done -- like elves have been here! Kim is incredibly fast, reliable and skilled -- she's taught me a number of useful cleaning tricks she's figured out over the years. We trust her enough to give her keys to our house, so she can clean even if we're not here.
