I work as a buyer's agent - educating my buyer's so that they understand the process. And I specialize in working with families relocating the Madison area. Helping consumers make the shift to the next phase of their lives is very exciting to me. I strive to make it a stress free & enjoyable experience.

In many ways, having Kellie with us in the homes we saw was a lot like having a parent there to guide us through the process and point out things in/around homes that she grew to know were important to us. Both of us felt comfortable contacting Kellie with any requests or questions we had about something. Kellie has been doing this for a long time and it shows in her knowledge of homes - as we would walk up the driveway, Kellie was telling us about how long it would be until we would need a new roof, if that crack in the cement was worth fixing or not, and how new/efficient the windows were. Once in the houses, there was no stone left unturned - if there was a switch on the wall, we found out what it went to; if something didn't line up with what the listing said, Kellie pointed it out. We felt so comfortable seeing these places with Kellie because we knew that she was being honest with us and didn't try to "put lipstick on a pig" just to get us to buy a higher-cost home. We knew she was pretty knowledgeable/able to visualize renovations, but she recognized that that was just not something we were ready to tackle - so instead of "pushing" how much nicer this/that would look if we just did this/that to the wall/counter/doorway, she was upfront with us that "this house doesn't feel like you".
Overall, I was very happy with Kellie's service and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. :)
