The service was graet and quick. I also used some type of rewards program from when I replaced my tires so there was no charge. I would recommended them.

Kayser Ford checks the specs verses manufacturer maintenance guidelines to give an accurate depiction of the actual condition, not a vague opinion. I have had several services performed there with great results always.  Sometimes tough to get immediate response from customer service rep.

It went well. The body work was exculent and they checked my car for why it was shaking. Bad tires, needed an alinement and one shock was bad. I am taking it back in at the end of the month to replace the shock. I called around and they were the only place I could find that would replace just the bad shock. The other places said I had to replace both, which doubles the price for this repair.

I've never spent less than 2.5 hours here waiting for work to be completed. Their waiting room is decent. They have phone/internet cubes for working while waiting and a vending machine and coffee. The people are nice. The work seems to be done well as far as I can tell.

Fixed the unit as best they could. One part required replacement on the air control slide. It was not in stock and will be replaced later. Note this is a 1996 Explorer.

I was referred to Kayser Ford by many of my co-workers. I made an appointment to view several cars at a certain time on the date listed above. When I arrived for my appointment, the sales professional did not have my cars available as promised. He was too busy so he handed me off to another sales professional. The new employee dashed around to get my cars which took 15 minutes to coordinate. We were 30 minutes into the appointment before we test drove a car. I was pleased that we could drive the cars without a pushy sales person in the car. A plus for them. When we completed all the cars we wanted to test drive, we sat down to talk price. This is when things fell a part again. One person after another came into the room. I felt like I was being attacked by vultures. I was repeatedly asked about my financing. I told them I was approved for a loan in which I would make happen if we agreed on the price. It is at that point the special financing manager came into the room with a loan sheet from one of my pre-approved loan companies. I had several but I did not tell them all. I was personally insulted by him. He made me out to be a liar because the figures I had did not reconcile with his amount. At that point, I said enough is enough, we are leaving. I said email me when you come close to my numbers.I did not hear back from them until several days later. End of story, I went to another dealership, they took my deal. They also made the purchase easy and comfortable. They even found lower financing for me. Morel of the story-Do not buy from Kayser Ford.

I like them. I am disabled and I use a wheelchair so my van is a specialty van. They know about it, which most dealerships don't. They seem to take care of me pretty well. Their prices are normal for a dealership. Their prices are not out of line.
