Our best ever real estate transaction. Katie listened to our needs and wants, and helped us select appropriate properties to visit. She was highly organized, and utterly patient. In two days we visited about 20 homes, a furious pace, covering much of Dane county. After our initial property fell through, Katie worked with us to revise our search, eventually landing in the perfect house, perfect neighborhood, perfect community. We likely would not have ended up where we did but for her knowledge and guidance. She knows this market, but more importantly, she took the time to understand our needs.
