"Thank you for the review, This is one of those situation that the customer was expecting a new [Member Information Removed] when we where finished. This [Member Information Removed] was over 25 years old and at the end of the [Member Information Removed] life, the [Member Information Removed] had lots of small water puddles in the [Member Information Removed] many years before we showed up, someone at some point tried filling some of the low spots with concrete! this is the wrong product to use on a asphalt [Member Information Removed]! we proceeded to chip out the the concrete that was put over some of the small low spots and replaced it with fresh new asphalt, the customer paid for 3 infrared heat patches, the 3 patched ares cover 6'x8'in size each patch we did turned out great and better than the very rough and uneven asphalt we started with, the water is no longer in those ares we patched. The small other spot that we filled for the customer was free of charge. We have been out to look at this customers job and have taking pictures of the [Member Information Removed]! This [Member Information Removed] is in much much better shape then when we showed up. The few water spots in this customer [Member Information Removed] are the low spot that we did not repair, witch the customer did not pay for to have repaired do to the budget. The low spots have always have been in this [Member Information Removed] for many years before we showed up to perform our seal coating. unfortunately we can only seal coat over the asphalt that the customer has. Some of the neighbors saw what great and wonderful work we do and hired us to do their [Member Information Removed] also. These neighbors where very pleased with the quality work we performed and a very happy with our services. Unfortunately we can not make every [Member Information Removed] new again do to the age and conditions of some customers [Member Information Removed], we have went above and beyond our agreement to fix this problem with no extra cost to the customer.
