I moved to Madison from the east coast and needed to find housing. Jane Stauter had been recommended to me and I contacted her. She was very responsive, and returned all my calls and emails promptly. I was able to visit for several days in April (during a late Spring snowstorm) and she had lots of appointments set up for me and was tireless in the face of poor weather. I had to make offers on 3 different properties before I settled on the right one, and she and her husband Ron were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They were very knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way.
