Jason not only found a great deal on a fixed rate mortgage, he also offered such low closing costs that we could not do any better. And, he "re-locked" it for us when the rates went down, so we got the lowest rates possible over the entire 30 day period between our first offer on the house and the closing. Jason also attended closing and made sure the money was available on time, without any complications. My wife and I are quite sophisticated financially, we play with dollars/numbers for a living, so you can be sure that we shopped around for the best possible mortgage. Jason provided it, with good customer service to boot!
