Person I dealt with took forever to respond to us. Didnt return calls in timely manner nor did they follow up with us when they said they would. After over a month of getting no response they indicated that my signifant other had to increase her credit score in order to be approved for the loan. This was information that should have been provided a month earlier and uncesseraily caused us a delay, we ended up going with a different mortgage company who approved both of us. I would never recommend this company to anyone as they make the process extremely difficult.

Company is difficult to contact.. takes multiple attempts to communicate with and typical turn around time of messages is about 6 days.
Fees were high compared to other lenders in the area.
Does not explain the finer details until it is too late.
Company likes to wait till the last possible moment to perform the requested action.
I recommend you avoid this company and its agents.

lStarted in early May 2013 to refi my townhome. many faxes 30 and 40 page long were sent in after the hefty application packet was done. then nothing from June 11th to July 9 no return calls to me on the progress. I called and left voice mails, emails then I went to online chat with no responce until yesterday 7/9/13. now I lost the locked in Interst rate due to the time lost. I was told today, the locked in rate was good for 45 days with one extention that ended on July 3,2013. Today I was told that USDA takes longer to process yet nothing was said to me that the locked in interest rate was closing in mid June and the one time extention would end on July 3,2013. No offer to reapply and lock in last month. Now the inerest rate is 1% higher and I already put out $250 for a apprasal fee. I feel like just quiting and waiting till fall in hopes the interest rate will go back down...... I emailed Brittny today asking for time lines on what was done from June 11 until now as to why this is taking so long. Brittny was the person I was told to call after the process started. Yet she was on vacation I asked if my file just sat there during that time or did someone easle cover for her. I feel like stopping this whole thing unless they can compensate the differance with the increased inerest rate. Dave returned a email this evening to say if I have any complaints to talk to him. He also asked for the same documents I faxed in on June 11,2013.

We were referred to this company by a realtor even though we had a another company in mind. The initial process went smooth. As the process progressed, we were handed from one person to another to another. Numerous documents were sent in, as requested by the reps. Eventually, one rep would ask for a document which I had already emailed (due to a request) to another rep. Eventually, we discovered that that we were sending in docs almost every other day. Inlanta Mortage of Ocala did not seem to have any organizational skills. Everything was "spur of the moment" right down to the closing. At the closing, we was asked to sign a document acknowledging receipt of the appraisal which we did not have. The best part was when we were informed that the latest agent that we were working with was no longer with them.
