Heartwood Tree Company

Over the past several years we have used Heartwood multiple times. We have a tree line close to our house with a power line in the way. Brent and his crew came and removed about half of the trees. They dealt with getting the wires out of the way by having them taken down from the house. We also have a willow the needed a lot of trimming and they did a great job. We thought we were going to have to remove it due to a couple of lightening strikes. Clean up was also done, all wood and/or brush was removed or cut into usable size pieces. Great job done every time.

Both trees look great. Heartwood even volunteered to come back out and replace the straps with a rope that's better for the tree. I'm very pleased with the work and their responsiveness.

This was a very good experience. First visit: Garrett came to look at the trees and give an estimate. His analysis of the state of the trees was intelligent and very helpful. He was willing to climb and remove a tree that another tree service had declined to climb and remove, the other service saying it was too difficult. Second visit: The team of three (Garrett, Mark, Tyler) were punctual and friendly. They did an excellent and careful job on a day in early February. The final charge exactly matched the estimate, which was very competitive, compared with the other estimates I was given.

Very well. Garrett was great to deal with; very professional, knowledgeable, and informative. The entire crew worked quickly and efficiently and left the patio and yard in better condition than when they arrived. They were excellent.

Great experience.  Both of the trees we had moved have sentimental value to us and needed to be in better spots.  Brent was very knowledgeable about the trees and the situation, worked hard and responded quickly to my initial request.  He gave lots of information about the other trees on the lot and the care they might need and when.  He also was very kind and patient with my very curious four-year-old, inviting her to watch (from a safe distance).  The trees all look healthy and the work was efficient and well-done.
