They are really friendly and accommodating. They never have gone over an estimate. They have even sometimes gone under. They are really honest about what's wrong with the car and how long it will last.

It went well. We are happy with their service and recommend them highly.

This organization is great.  Reasonably priced, fair and always friendly.

I've had work done with Hansen's numerous times and I always get good advice on what needs to be done. The let me know whether it should be done soon or can wait. For my front brakes they had done an inspection earlier in the summer and told me I should replace them in the next few months. They replaced the front brakes and pads and I haven't had any issues since.

This was work done on an older car  that was only made for a few years and hard to find parts.  They did a wonderful job of finally locating all the parts we needed and were expedient with getting the work done.  We had had the air conditioner repaired 3 times
by other entities but it never worked properly until now.  We are most pleased with the service of this facility.

Overall, all the times I have been there they have been the absolute best.  They remember your name.  If you want fancy use an auto dealership.  If you want good honest work with people who remember you, then use Hansen's.  I have recommended them to friends and they have all gone back there.  They love these guys.

Hansen's has kept our cars going for years. They are professional, honest and the nicest people you would ever want to deal with.  Our Pathfinder had over 250,000 miles on it and it would never have lasted that long without their care.  When we had to replace it last month, it was at their urging.  They are so honest that they told us that it was not worth keeping on the road, even though they knew that if we bought a new car - we would have to have it serviced at the dealership.  Thank God we have another used car that will be serviced by them because we enjoy their company.  I would never hesitate to recommend them to friends.l;ole

I was looking for a reliable locally-owned auto shop close to home. They were recommended by a long-time customer so I decided to go there for a regular maintenance item on an older car.  I got a good first impression of the shop, which looked clean and organized. The price for the service I got was very reasonable. I noticed that they were taking as much time as needed to communicate and listen to the  customers, which is a good sign.  I can't comment on how they are with major repairs, as that hasn't happened yet.  But, if it does, I would go there again and do  recommend  Hansen's.

I have been using them for 20 years. They do work right and have great prices. They are honest. They try to save you money.  I had a truck that they looked at the air-conditioning unit on because it kept turning on and off. I found out that is the way that it is supposed to work, but they spent half a day trying to figure it out, and they did not charge me. Furthermore, one time they did brakes for me, and they still rattled afterwards, and they told me to bring my car back, and they fixed them no questions asked. I also asked them to change a bulb in my dash, which required removing the whole dash. They mentioned replacing all the bulbs since they already  had it apart. They could have just waited until the next bulb went out and charged me again, but they didn't.

They’re great with cars that aren’t all electronic, though they may be good at that too. They are excellent at fixing older cars, and at getting the parts needed for old cars. I have an old Jeep.

They always do an efficient professional job.  They are creative in their repairs and really know old cars. It is great to sit in the waiting area and listen to the car discussions going on.

They called and basically told me nothing was wrong, I had over reacted. They kindly pointed out that cars tend to have more exhaust on cold mornings. They asked me to relate again exactly what happened step by step. The thing I liked is that they took me seriously, checked out the car and said if there was an further problem to let them know. In the past year we have switched to Hansens for all our service and have always been pleased. They know cars.

I mentioned that my car was running "rough" and the fuel efficiency had been declining a bit. We scheduled a day for them to look at it (scheduling was fine..they fit us in quickly) and they completed the work in a timely manner. I got the bill, which was only $25 for labor...very nice for an auto mechanic shop. But it turns out all they had done was check the spark plugs, which turned out to be fine. I guess I was expecting a more thorough analysis. Overall, I would say that the integrity level is high but perhaps not the communication. I will try them again when I have a very specific problem to ask them about.
