Fritz is the owner and was simply a pleasure to work with. Right off the bat we appreciated his honest input and advice to save us money. He had the most reasonably priced bid and also the shortest timeline to start and finish the job. He was easily reachable by phone or text and always took the time to answer any questions we had. The whole thing went smoothly and without a hitch and was completed in three days time. Afterwards he even dropped off a bunch of his tools and wheelbarrow to use as we installed the landscaping stone ourselves. 
We will definitely be working with him again as we are now planning a paved area with a fire pit in our backyard. Fritz showed us some of the ones his company installed and we immediately appreciated the designs and solid workmanship.

Fritz, the owner of Habitats got back to me quickly about what I wanted done.  Within a few days he came to the house to discuss what I wanted done and offered many suggestions to solve my problem planting areas/yard including buying everything that was needed such as bark, rose trellis and perennials. In less than a week after talking through ideas for the yard he came up with an estimate which seemed very reasonable for all the weeding, cleaning up, planting, etc. that needed doing.  He originally had given me an approximate time that the work would be preformed and true to his word at the end of that week he and his crew came and transformed my yard.  I am very, very happy with the work done and the level of responsiveness Fritz and his crew showed.

Fritz came over and we discussed my vision.  He drew up a plan, taking into consideration the big black walnut tree they had to work around.  (not all plants are tolerant to the black walnut toxins)  His ideas and suggestions  were an enormous help.
He gave me the option to get the plantings, which I did.  Fritz and his crew(Adam, Chris, and Dan) arrived first thing in the morning.
They were able to complete the job in one day.  All the brush,branches, and  weeds were completely cleaned up and hauled away.
I am SO HAPPY with the final result. It looks fabulous!  
They were on time, easy to work with, and made me feel apart of  the whole project  all along the way.  The crew are the best.

Habitats provided the exact level of service we requested.  They evaluated the existing landscaping and developed an estimate for what it would take to clean up the yard.  They did work that enhanced the landscaping and would make it easier to maintain in the future.  For us the most important part of their work was that they listened to what we wanted and came up with a solution that matched it exactly. They performed the work on time and on budget.
They then maintained the work they did with monthly maintenance work that kept the yard looking great all summer.

The crew did a great job and cleaned up everything behind them.  No leaf was left unturned.  I was impressed that everything was done by hand and some small power equipment.
