Green Cleaning Team does not take responsibility for damaging the house.  I had new wood floors installed in my kitchen/dining area.  Also,  the old wood floors were refinished in the rest of the house.   After the floors were done, Green Cleaning Team came and cleaned the house.  They scraped the floor in the living room.  I told the cleaners about it and they denied scraping the floor.  I made it clear that I didn't intend to ask them to pay for the damage; I just wanted to think about how to prevent similar damage in the future.  Again, they denied damaging the floor.  I let it go because I knew the floors would probably get scraped up through normal wear and tear in the future.
A few cleanings later, in May 2014, Green Cleaning Team left dark permanent spots on the wood floor in my kitchen.   Again, they denied causing the spots.  There was no possible way anyone else could have caused the spots, but they tried to blame my mother who was home during the cleaning but didn't go into the kitchen.  
Everyone makes mistakes and that's ok.   But these cleaners won't take responsibility for and correct their mistakes.
