Auto Body Work
Stopped for an estimate, they asked if I had time to wait and buffed it out on the spot. And didn't charge me! I'm sure there are usually charges but it seemed like a remarkably efficient and professional business. I already recommended it to a friend today with a dent in her car.

My neighbor hit my car in the street and so I brought it to Gray Bahl for an estimate. I also brought the car to another place for an estimate and it equaled Gray Bahl's but I preferred the customer service I got from Gray Bahl so I went there. The estimate process was typical and the guy explained the process clearly. My appointment was booked about two weeks out and it took two days to fix the taillight and bumper (due to the paint job). Total price equaled the estimate. Very smooth process and got phone calls giving me updates.

My first experience having a damaged car repaired and the estimater at Gray Bahl, Gary Dresang, was extremely helpful in walking me through the complications of the insurance process and working with my insurance company to get the most complete payment I could get from them. He explained the work they would do and how long it would take and was very nice to work with. I was offered transportation if needed (I didn't) and I was very comfortable with the whole process. You don't want to have collision work done, but if I should ever need it again, Gray Bahl would be my first choice.

I am a return customer and have used Gray Bahl for auto repair for many years.
Most recently, I drove to their business to schedule an appointment for repair. This is a pleasant, quiet, clean office and shop. Someone looked over the car immediately, took pictures and entered my information on his computer. They worked in collaboration with my insurance provider for payment after that.
There was a part required that had to be ordered. It arrived quickly and I dropped off my car for the repair the evening before the appointment. I was called early in the afternoon the next day when it was ready to pick up and it looked great! They really do quality work and finishing!
The staff is friendly and courteous, the work is done correctly with great results and the service is quick!
