Flooring
Our floors had not been refinished for 20 years and were in bad shape. Rather than sanding the whole floor, he screened it and applied one coat of finish. The screening, of course, did not remove a couple of deep scratches, but we did not expect it to. At a fraction of the cost, we got a floor with a 90% improvement. We are well pleased.
